Who doesn't love cheese!  It has been so hot here in North Carolina and I haven't wanted to cook.  I really think that most nights I would be perfectly happy with a glass of wine and some really good cheese for dinner.  There are so many different kinds of cheese to choose from and I don't think I've found one that I don't love!  I also really love to pair cheese with condiments such as fig preserves, homemade hot pepper jelly, honey and olive tapenade (especially good with brie).  I hope these pictures inspire you to turn off the stove and have some wine and cheese for dinner one night soon!
