Good Morning!  I’m excited to share a new video with you today!  I’m making Roasted Salmon with Parmesan Mayo Crust, served with asparagus and new potatoes.  I’ve been making some version of this menu for so many years and it is always a crowd pleaser.  It makes a beautiful presentation, so it’s great for guests or just for weeknight dinner.  You’ll see how easy it comes together and I’ll show you step by step how it’s done.   I’ve made 18 videos to date and you can watch them all here!  If you like what you see, please subscribe to my channel.  I have plans to do several fashion videos with spring fashion very soon so be sure to check back!

I am cooking for a fund raiser for our local Arts Council tonight and will be sooo busy today!  One of the things that I’m working on personally is learning to say “no”.  I get really excited when I’m asked to do something and say yes way to quickly and then get overwhelmed.  I’m actually feeling that way right now, so I’ve decided to take next week to catch up on some blogging and finish my vision board (I can’t wait to share it with you).  I will only be posting 3 times next week and the rest of the time will be spent making videos, and taking pictures for future posts.  I will be back the following week on a regular schedule, rested (hopefully) and ready to go!  I hope you’ll continue to check back and please let me know if there is anything you want to see.  Just leave a comment in the box below!  I can’t believe it’s Friday…have the best weekend and thanks so much for reading Crazy Blonde Life!
