Walnut Rum Cake + Weekend Favorites

01

This weekend has flown by!  I hope you’ve had a cozy holiday feeling weekend!  Yesterday I made Walnut Rum Cakes, wrapped packages and spent a great evening at The O’Henry Hotel in Greensboro, North Carolina!  Christmas will be here before we know it and today I want to share a recipe for Walnut Rum Cake.  Walnut Rum Cake is a great, easy dessert to have on hand for the holidays!  It only gets better with time, so go ahead and make several for gifts and several to have on hand for unexpected guests.  They are easy to make and freeze beautifully!

The Christmas Tree at the O’Henry Hotel is huge!  I couldn’t resist having my picture taken in front of it!

This weekend, I finally finished decorating!  It’s a great feeling to have everything done…except for some shopping!

These beautiful flowers are in the center of my dining room table!  That’s what I call a Crazy Blonde flower arrangement

These unbelievably delicious cookies from Sweet Stuff By Meredith are the centerpiece of my island dessert bar!

I have a simple rosemary tree in the kitchen window!  Smells like heaven!

Such beautiful flower arrangements for the Holidays!
