In our lives, the story we tell ourselves is often the story that becomes our reality!  We fail because we believe the story we tell ourselves, especially when things are tough.  The best way to be successful is to tell ourselves a different story, a positive story that makes us feel positive even when things are tough.  Tell the story of your life the way you want it to be.  Start where you are and imagine where you want to be.  If you believe that you will fail, then you probably will.  If you believe that you will be successful in whatever you’re doing, then you probably will be.  Negativity is like poison and gets you nowhere.  You can’t let frustration and fear decide your future.  

I want my life to be an example for this little guy and for my daughters!  I want them to see me living the life that I want to live and achieving my goals because I believe that I can!

I think it’s important to have daily rituals that take you toward a goal one step at a time.  Nothing happens overnight and persistence along with patience is important.  Patience is important because it makes you stronger.  It means you have faith in your abilities and are willing to wait for things to unfold.  

We become what we repeatedly do!  We all are products of the decisions we make.  I think it was Oprah Winfrey that said “when we know better, we do better”.  Making changes isn’t easy, but if you don’t fail sometimes, that means you haven’t tried. Be willing to make mistakes and keep on going.  Keep telling yourself the right story and you will get where you want to be!  It’s all about the story we tell ourselves!

I’m sure it’s obvious that I’m writing this as much for myself as for anyone!  I try to tell myself a positive story every day as I get up to work on this blog.  Once again, I want to thank everyone who supports me and comes back daily!  I’m working hard to make Crazy Blonde Life great…one step at a time!
