Palm Beach Vibes on Bald Head Island

Boston Proper is so good for Spring 2024! I’m absolutely loving the Palm Royale vibes (are you watching?)…1960’s prints and colors, linen shirt dresses, shift dresses in fun prints, buttery soft leather jackets in gorgeous colors and the most fabulous swim suits! It’s all about the fashion!

I’ve always loved Boston Proper jeans and the white wide leg palazzo jeans go with everything! I’m wearing these clothes from Boston Proper and imagining I’m in Palm Beach with a glass of champagne!!

This gorgeous hot pink linen maxi shirt dress couldn’t be any more fabulous! It hangs so beautifully and it’s just perfect for spring…the long sleeves are great for cold restaurants. I’ve added a scarf in a fun print…again, to give it that Palm Beach feel.

This dress is great as I’ve styled it with raffia block heel sandals, but it would also be great with flats worn as shown, or even unbuttoned over jeans and a tee or as a swimsuit coverup. It’s so versatile and the classic styling makes it a piece that you’ll keep forever and wear often!

I am in love with this cute shift dress! It is probably my favorite piece from the collection! The fit is perfect on me…I did think I might have it hemmed just an inch or so, but I’m still undecided about that. I tried the dress on with several pairs of shoes and the white espadrilles (the ones I’ve linked are similar) seemed to be the best although I did like it with white flats. I’m a little short, so heels usually are my first choice. I’m wearing the same scarf as in the pictures above, but this time it’s tied around a loose side ponytail. The white sunglasses and statement earrings complete the look! My pearl bracelet is actually a necklace worn as a bracelet from Julie Miles (get 20% off with code CRAZYBLONDELIFE)!

I have three of these same leather jackets in different colors (off white, light blue and yellow) and they are so versatile and can be worn year round! The leather is very soft and the peplum style is so flattering. I’ve worn it unzipped with a tee underneath and as shown, simply zipped up with white jeans.

I dressed the jacket up with strappy gold sandals and the adorable sequined cocktail bag, but obviously, jeans would be a great choice as well. I would wear a pair of lighter wash, straight leg jeans, white sneakers and a white bag to style the jacket more casually.

I’ve been on Bald Head Island for over a week now and I’ve worn my Boston Proper swimsuits several times and gotten so many compliments. They are the most flattering suits I’ve ever worn.

This gorgeous swimsuit, styled with the matching palazzo pants certainly makes a bold statement and I got more compliments at the pool wearing this than any other suit, although I did get several when I wore the red suit below! The palazzo pants make this a perfect look for a casual lunch by the pool and they can be also styled with a tee and heels for a dressier dinner look! I’m wearing the pants folded down because I’m short waisted, but I would wear them as they are with a more cropped top to keep my stomach covered. I’m really just in love with this whole look - don’t you think it’s perfect boating attire!? My multi-color stone necklace matches perfectly and is from Julie Vos!

Red is a trending color for spring and summer and so much fun! I styled this flattering red swimsuit with white sunglasses and a bucket hat (very Palm Royale) from Eric Javits! This hat flew off while we were on the boat because it was so windy! We fished it out of the water and it’s good as new! Eric Javits hats are packable, and clearly…indestructible!

Again…my bracelet is from Julie Miles!

Sadly, I’m leaving Bald Head later today but going home and then flying to Los Angeles for the opening of a new Madison Maison store! I’ll be right back on the island as soon as I get home from LA!

Thank you so much for reading today…I hope you’ve enjoyed this post! Tell me…are you as obsessed with Palm Royale as I am?
